Keyword(s) Search on whole database

1. General Search on a Unit of Study

You can list all the available resources for a Unit of  Study by :

(a) Choosing  a  Unit  of  Study :

Suppose The Solar System and Beyond is chosen

The following page will appear

(b) DO NOT select a Learning Objective !

(c) Press Search

All the resources in the SciShop database for this Unit will then be listed

2. Search on a Selected Learning Objective

(a) Choose a  Unit of Study  from the homepage

Suppose Energy Resources is chosen

The following page will appear

(b) Choose a Learning Objective

(c) Press Search

All the resources for this chosen Learning Objective will then be listed

3. Keyword(s)  Search on the whole database

This allows the user to search all the entries for keywords.

Example 1.   Using the keyword   pdf  will search the entire database for

documents to download in Adobe Acrobat format.

Example 2  Using  keywords  jpg  renewable energy  will allow the user to

search for all the available  jpg  images ( in the upload area ) related to renewable energy.

Example 3   Using keywords  food chain will enable all the resources linked to

Food Chains to be listed
